WiNTER GLOW

Winter-Glow

Winter as bleak as it is also makes me look pale and sallow. Not a good sight I must say. I think the lack of sunshine makes my skin just unhealthy with no glow. Aside that moisturiser is a big must-have in my skincare routine, I also religiously use oils to my skincare routine and other products that could bring in the glow.

Kiehl's Daily Reviving Concentrate (£34)- If someone would have said  a few months back that a facial oil could make such a difference in my skin, I would not have believe them. More than 2 months ago, I started using the Kiehl's Daily Revival Concentrate. I was enamoured by then by this facial oil but I appreciate it more came Winter. Aside that it makes my skin clearer and my pores had shrunk significantly, it adds a serious natural glow to the skin without the sticky and tacky oily feeling. It feels like my skin is so fresh and glow-y I am just loving going bare face in most days.

Una Brennan Super Facialist Vitamin C+ Glow Boost Skin Serum (£16.99)- A very long name but is worth adding this to your skincare routine. I used it every morning before the Kiehl's Daily Revival Concentrate and slather in my face. The smell alone is heavenly as it smells fresh and citrus-y. Even though it is loaded with Vitamin C, it is still gentle on my sensitive skin. It leaves the skin really soft and glow-y.

Winter-Glow-Edit

First Aid Beauty Facial Radiance Pads (£22)- This is one of the best radiance pads there is in my opinion. If you have sensitive skin, it is best to use it on alternate days as daily use could be harsh. I use it as a toner in the morning and cleanse my skin from the products I used the night before. With regular use, it leaves my skin clearer and with a natural glow. If you are wary for exfoliating pads to use for your skin, this is the best choice to start with as it is more gentle compared to other exfoliating pads in the market.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Overnight Serum-In-Oil (£15)- As I have been really loving using facial oil during the day and I have been a big fan of The Body Shop E range, I immediately made a purchase of this serum-in-oil product when I sat it in store. I apply it as part of my evening skincare routine. It is also not sticky and tacky and more of like a dry oil. It comes out as a clear consistency and two drops usually suffice for my skin. I wake up in the morning with very soft and radiant skin.

This Works Light Time Skin Plumper (£29) - This is the latest from This Works and I love using this in the night. It sinks in well to the skin. Aside that it is rich in Hyaluronic Acid that makes your skin really plump when you wake-up it is also rich in Vitamin C that it gives you a post-sleep glow. You literally wakes up with a very plump and glow-y skin that it feels like you had an overnight facial. I highly recommend this to add in you night time skin routine.

So these are my top five items that will definitely give you the glow this Winter.
