TOPSHOP SPRiNG POWDER BLUSHES

As spring came, most cosmetics company also released their spring collections in which damaged my bank balance in reality. I think that spring releases are really pretty and are just a breath of fresh air over the gloomy winter. Topshop releases their spring collections and I just went gaga over their Powder Blushes.

CURRENTLY LOViNG: BOOKS

I don't say it much but I do love reading books. I read all the time and I read books before sleeping. A routine that I have never outgrown since childhood. From Disney Fairytales, Agatha Christie's books, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Hunger Games Series, and yes the Game of Thrones. Since I started blogging though, my interest for reading materials has shifted to fashion and beauty. Books that I considered before that its sole purpose is for decor. How wrong I was, these fashion and beauty books are also as interesting as other genre of books. I then catch my self to start collecting them. So here are my three newest reads.

KiKO CREAMY STiCK BLUSH

Make-up sticks seem to be everywhere and I refused to be persuaded to spend a lot of money on one. Whilst shopping, my feet luckily took me to a Kiko shop and saw the Kiko Creamy Stick Blush. It is just love at first sight and immediately got some. It reminded me so much of the Nars' Multiple but for a fraction of the price.

RiTUALS' AYURVEDA COLLECTiON

There are two products in the Rituals' Ayurveda Collection that I am hopelessly addicted with. These are the Yogi Flow Shower Foam and the Honey Touch Body Cream. I discovered both 3 years ago and had been repurchasing it over and over again. I actually forgotten about it for a few months but then I am re-acquainted with it again. Both just smell incredible and sweet. The Rituals Ayurveda Collection is inspired by the Indian philosophy of inner harmony.

CHANEL PERFECTiON LUMiERE VELVET

I don't usually get too excited with new foundation releases but the Chanel Perfection Lumiere Velvet happened. When I saw the press release that it will be launch this April, I almost hyperventilate with excitement and set an alarm for it. Yes, I am that excited. I am also not very fond of matte finish foundations but I am making an exception for this beauty as it has a velvet finish.

WHAT'S iN MY MAKE-UP BAG: SPRiNG EDiTiON

I did a post a few weeks back about What's In My Bag and I did mention on that post that I will be doing a separate post for What's In My Make-up Bag. As most women out there, the content of my make-up bag varies from time to time and depending to where I am going. What I will be showing you is the usual content on my every day life. I have several make-up bags as well but the one that I love most is from Ted Baker SS14 Collection. It is pastel green with pink prints on it. It doesn't have a bow like other Ted Baker's bag which is a pity as I love those cute bows but the bag remains beautiful. Like the rest of the Ted Baker make-up/wash bags, it has a silk lining on the inside which feels so luxurious. The lining is also pastel green.

JOHN FRiEDA'S FRiZZ EASE

When John Frieda launch their Frizz Ease range, I am just full of glee. My hair has always been frizzy and it is my greatest woe. Most of the range are for curly and my hair is no way curly (I can only wish) but there are two products that really stands out for me and can help the straight-haired gals out there. The products are the Miraculous Recovery Serum and the Nourishing Oil Elixir.

ILLAMASQUA LUSTER LiPSTiCK

Since I started using my Illamasqua blushes, I just knew that I will be getting more from the brand. I just love the blushes so much due to its good quality and I know that the rest of the brand will jus be awesome. Illamasqua recently launch their Glamore Collection, which I am very excited about, and I got the Luster lipstick from the range. I know this is a bit late as the collection launched a few weeks back but I am just hopelessly inlove with the Luster lipstick.

CiATE DRAGONFLY COLLECTiON

Ciate is another nail polish brand that I am quiet obsessed with. Ciate is always launching new and awesome collections and the Dragonfly Collection really caught my attention. As a child, my grandparents' home always have plenty of dragonflies during summer as it is near the field. My brother and I devote ourselves trying to catch dragonflies. Dragonflies are not the most beautiful creature existed on earth but I always regards them as mystical. Now enough of my storytelling before I bore you to death and here are my thoughts on the nail polishes.

SPRiNG FRAGRANCES

I am one of those people that their routines change as the season is changing. As spring has finally come and we had some lovely sunshine of some few glorious days, I also switch most of the things that I use. I always associate fragrances with seasons so for Spring, I've been loving fragrances that are light and pleasant to the senses. Here are the fragrances that I am loving as of the moment and I might love until summer.

MORNiNG SKiNCARE ROUTiNE with LiZ EARLE

I am the laziest person when it comes to morning skincare routine. I believe I have a very good and rigid evening skincare routine but I suck in the mornings. I just hate it. Obviously, my skin is not so happy and it just lacks something. I then searched for a skincare routine which is simple and easy yet effective. I then discovered three products that make my morning routine so easy and effective. All products are from the skincare brand Liz Earle.

ESSiE’S SiX SHADES OF PiNK

I am a big fan of nail polishes and a bigger fan of Essie’s Nail Polishes. I think Essie has the most amazing range of nail polishes. I was thinking of making a blog post about my Essie Nail Polish Collection. My collection is not as many as others have but I thought it might be easier if I break it into colour ranges. The first colour range that I will be featuring is the Pink one. I think you can never have enough pink nail polishes in your life.

WHAT’S iN MY BAG: SPRiNG EDiTiON

I don’t know about you but I always have a high interest for YouTube videos or blog posts about “What’s in my Bag?”.  I find it really interesting how each individual has a unique content for their bag. Anyhow, as spring has approached and I managed to get a new bag compliments from the boyfriend, I am in high inspiration to make such post. The bag in question is Mini City Bag from Zara’s SS14 Collection. It slightly looks different from the other Zara’s city bag but remains beautiful. The colour that I got is in light pink and is very pretty. I think that its colour is spot on for the spring. The bag is in perfect size, not too big and not too small. It has a leather look and appears very sturdy. The bag has 3 compartments in which two of them has zips which is ideal to put some valuable things. So here it is, the content of my bag.

CLARiNS OPALESCENCE EYE QUARTET MiNERAL PALETTE

The Clarins Opalescence Eye Quartet Mineral Palette is another contender for the longest make-up name which is getting a lot common nowadays. Kidding aside, this eyeshadow palette caught me hook, line and sinker with its appearance. This is one of those rare make-ups that is pretty to look at and even prettier to use. I think it deserve to be hyped more than it should.

ORiGiNS DR WEiL MEGA BRiGHT EYE CREAM

As a night reader and constantly rubbing my eyes, my poor undereyes always suffer from being bruised to having dark circles. Because of these reasons, I am always in a hunt for a good eye cream. An eye cream that does the job without being so heavy as well so I can use it during the day. I tried so many and I was not really contented with it until I discover Origin's Dr Weil Mega Bright Eye Cream.
