TOP 10 UNDER £10

I've seen this type of post several times and credits to the person who came out with this idea and to all of those who have done this post. I want to give my take on the 10 products under £10 that I think are really awesome. When I started compiling my list, it took me quiet some time to compile as list with everything under £10. It is somehow a struggle as once I completed a list, I then realise that some products are more than £10. After too much deliberation and price checking, I finally made a list that all products have satisfied me and all are under £10.

i'M LATE TO THE ViCHY DERMABLEND BANDWAGON

Vichy-Dermablend-Corrective-Stick-Review

I know I am quiet late to join the bandwagon for the Vichy Dermablend but it is better late than never, isn't it? I am quiet hesitant when it first came out as I am not really into full coverage foundation. Then my skin went manic six months ago. It settled down now but it left a bit of some tiny marks scattering my face which means that I now seek full coverage foundations every now and then especially when I am attending a special events or when I just need full coverage if my skin is quiet bad.

FORSAKEN BUT NOT FORGOTTEN PRODUCTS

Forsaken-But-Not-Forgotten

My hopes are high that I am not alone in obsessing over a product but then forgot about it afterwards as new things come along. I am very guilty of doing this over and over again. In my recent spring cleaning, I discovered some make-up items that I used to love and I should still be loving. These are cosmetics that I had wax lyrical in the past and then they were somehow shoved in the bottom drawers. As I sorted them out, sussing out expired and nearly expired one, I created a list of my top favourites that I have rediscovered in my stash.

Mark-Hill-Wonder-Hair-Spray

There are some products that we use regularly but we often took for granted. Products that are good but we seem to just let it pass without us sharing it. The past month, I tried three products that have really amazed me. I somehow haven't expected that these products will leave good impressions.

ROGER and GALLET ROSE iMAGiNAiRE

Roger-and-Gallet-Rose-Imaginaire

Roger and Gallet is a brand that I have come to love when it comes to perfumes and body care. They have scents that are quiet unique and really lovely at the same time. The latest that I got to try from the brand is their Rose Imaginaire range. I am quiet wary as although I am starting to appreciate rose-y scents, I am still not the biggest fan of it.

BEAUTiFUL PACKAGiNG and EQUALLY BEAUTiFUL PRODUCTS

Beautiful-Packaging-Edit

I am very much guilty of buying make-up items just because it has a beautiful packaging. I would drool and lust over beautiful patterned blushes and eyeshadows, rose gold packaging, and just everything that are instagram worthy. We all know however that beautiful packaging doesn't always equate that the product itself has a good quality. I have encountered several make-up items that although the packaging has satisfied my eyes, the product itself has left me disappointed. On the other end of the spectrum, there are also make-up items that have beautiful packaging and has equally good attributes. I made a small edit of products that gained two thumbs up from me due to its packaging and quality.

THE SPRiNG MAKE-UP MENU

Spring-Make-Up

Spring is finally here and we had some gorgoeus days the past few weeks. As I started switching my perfumes and nail polishes, I also switch up my make-ups. Lighter bases are more favourable at the moment and lighful colours are my thing. I also like fresh, dewy look for this time of the year. The sort of no make-up make-up look is my beauty look book for spring.

ZOEVA COCOA BLEND PALETTE

Zoeva-Cocoa-Blend-Palette

As I am one of the biggest aficionado of chocolates, it is a no-brainer that I am overly excited with the new Zoeva Cocoa Blend Palette. This eyeshadow palette is inspired by warm truffle colours, delicate nougat shades, and shimmery marzipan tones to create a seductive glamour palette. I have already tried several Zoeva eyeshadow palettes and so far, I have been really impressed. I am excited of what Zoeva has got in their sleeve at this time.

THE SETTiNG POWDER EDiT

Best-Setting-Powder

I have a love and hate relationship with setting powders in the past. I feel that it just cake up my make-up. With the right use of setting powder, it is quiet helpful for the longevity of the make-up and control shines if your skin is on the oily side. Nowadays, there is a wide range of setting powders to choose from for different purposes and for different price range. I will be sharing with you my top choices for setting powders that caters for all budgets.

THE PiNK LiPSTiCK EDiT

Best-Pink-Lipsticks

Growing up, I was never the cliche little girl who loves everything pink. Growing up in a more male oriented environment (a brother and loads of male cousins), I grow up loving blue colours. Pastel blue of course. Lately however, I have a growing affection to pink lipsticks. Pink lipstick has a certain allure that makes me feel ladylike without being too OTT. A bit of disclaimer, some of the lipsticks from this edit are almost of the same shade. They do however differ in finishes and prices.

THE ANGEL

Thierry-Mugler-Angel-Review

When I got the Thierry Mugler Angel EDP for my Mother's Day Gift Guide post, I had the best intention of giving it as a gift but ended keeping it for myself. I haven't expected that I will be so enamoured with this perfume. I keep on seeing it instore but I just seem to ignore. I've heard good things about it, I've mooned over it's beautiful packaging but I wasn't sold until I sniffed and used it myself. And can I just say how gorgeous Georgia May Jagger on the new advert for the Thierry Mugler Angel EDP.

ESSiE MANi BLUES

Essie-Blue-Edit

During spring and summer, aside from pastel shades, I also love blue shades for my nail polish. Blue reminds me so much of the sea and its nautical vibes is spot-on for summer. Blue used to be my favourite colour when I was growing up. It still is one of my favourite colour actually. Whilst rummaging my nail polishes during my spring cleaning, I rediscovered my favourite blue nail polishes from my favourite nail polish brand Essie. I had made several posts about my Essie nail polishes. I had a pink edit and nude edit for the brand and now it's time for my blue edit.
