Two weeks ago, due to the London tube strike, I ended up having an unexpected afternoon off. Due to the lack of things to do, I decided that I could do some baking for once. Baking and I doesn't get on well at all. I just couldn't get things right and I gave up a long time ago. As I was scouring Pinterest, I saw a very easy recipe for flourless peanut butter cookies. I am one of the biggest fan of peanut butter so it immediately caught my attention. The steps are also very easy to do so I thought why not give it a try. At first try and after managing to eat plenty of batter (ooops), I manage to get it right which is a big relief. It is beyond delicious as well.
