Liquid lipstick always has a special place in my heart. Aside that they are easy to apply, most liquid lipstick are quiet forgiving to my lips that is always dehydrated. When the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick was released in the market, I was blown away with their shade range that I keep on lusting over them. It also comes in quiet a reasonable price which makes it more appealing.
The Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick has 28 shades to choose from which is really fabulous. It has a clear packaging with black caps. I like that the packaging is clear as you can tell the shade of the liquid lipstick. Although the packaging I admit is not really unique, it stands out from the rest due to its tattoed-style pattern in the packaging. It has the usual doe-foot applicator and the brush are particularly soft whilst applying the right amount of product on the lips.
Melancholia- brightened light pink
Lovesick- muted medium rose
Beloved- brightened pink-coral
When applied, the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick feels surprisingly light on the lips. The lipstick has a thin consistency yet not watery that it feels like some sorcery has happened in here. All three shades that I got dries very quickly after application. After blending it, it dries instantly. It also layers very well without getting patchy. The Kat Von D liquid lipstick also has a very smooth finish on the lips. It doesn't settle on any cracks of the lips even on my Sahara like lips. It gives an ultra matte finish but it doesn't feel drying at all and just feels very comfortable. The three shades that I got are all opaque when applied and I only need two layers to get a good colour pay-off. These liquid lipsticks stays for seven hours before its starts fading on me which I think is really brilliant.
I know it is high for me to say but I think that the Kat Von D Everlasting Liquid Lipstick is the best liquid lipstick there is. Have you tried this liquid lipstick yet?
