The Weekend Post: The Coffee and The Brunch

When I was too lazy to cook and I am just too agitated to shop, having a brunch outside is always the best option for me. I am just too excited to shop for my spring wardrobe that preparing breakfast is the last thing on my mind. So last Saturday consists of a lovely brunch, a lovelier coffee and a successful shopping trip.

A Giraffe resto just opened in my place so Ryan and I went to check it out and have our brunch. I opted for the Huevos Rancheros Mexican breakfast. It is huge and I just couldn't finish it but it is still lovely. It is basically a corn tortilla with fried eggs, chorizo sausages (my favourite), avocado, tomato salsa and melted cheese. Pheew, just the ingredients alone is too heavy to read. I feel like I'm having a food coma afterwards. I paired it with their Sunshine Coast Iced Tea which is very good that I ended up ordering two. Yeah, I eat and drink a lot and I'm not even ashame of it. Haha. The iced tea consists of chamomile and green tea with mango, lime, and fresh mint. Yummy. With all these, I had a lot of energy for shopping.

After shopping, we drop by Esquires for our favourite coffee. As usual, Ryan and I have the Caramel Macchiato. Honestly, they do the best Caramel Macchiato. Their cream is just so tasty as well as their caramel. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water.

How about you? How's your weekend? Till' next time :)
