JOSiE MARAN CHEEK GELEE

Josie-Maran-Cheek-Gelee-Review

The Josie Maran Cheek Gelee has been one of my favourite blushes throughout summer and I totally forgot to feature it in my little blog. I have been totally impress already with the brands cheek and lip stick and the cheek gelees do not disappoint. I have bought the smaller sizes as I am quiet wary of the amount of blushes that I own.

The Josie Maran Cheek Gelee is infused with 50% Coconut Water. Together with the brands primary ingredient which is Argan Oil, it promise to give 14 hours hydration. On application, the cheek gelees are really sheer and it did take some time before I get used to it. When I somehow manage to apply it properly with the help of a stippling brush, it gives a very nice and natural looking flush on the cheeks. As it is sheer, it is buildable and it also have a dewy finish. The consistency is like a jelly so it is really soft. A note of advice, don't use your finger as even as it is sheer, it does stain your fingers and doesn't budge for quiet a while. Saying that, the staying power of cheek gelee is really impressive. It last for more that 8 hours despite the heat of summer. It still looks lovely and vibrant on the cheeks. It is also very hydrating without feeling oily or greasy. It is just a soft, nice texture on your skin.

The Josie Maran Cheek Gelee is a big winner for me. It offers good hydration in which my skin will need for the colder months and the quality is unexceeded. Till' next time :)

    1. I was also wary to use cream blushes before but once I get used to it, I really love it more than its powder counterpart. Xx
