ViCHY AQUALiA THERMALE and UNA BRENNAN ROSE HYDRANT MASK

Vichy Aqualia Thermale Moisturiser and Super Facialist by Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Mask are my winter skin saviours. A couple of weeks ago, I tweeted that I discovered I have an eczema on my jaw. I actually thought that maybe I did miss putting my moisturiser on that area but I was horrified that the eczema spreads to my cheeks. This is a wake-up call for me. I tend to neglect moisturisers as I never suffer from dry skin before. Obviously, my skin thinks otherwise. Because of my eczema, I had to add new products to my skincare routine. I added these 2 products together so I can not really identify which gave a better job to kick the eczema away that is why I have to give credits to both. Both also transforms my skin miraculously so I will not miss an opportunity to make a post about it.

The first one is Vichy Aqualia Thermale moisturiser. I have heard so much good things about this brand. The time that I bought it, all Vichy products were on 20% off in Boots. The moisturiser is in a mid-range price and by the discount, I got it cheaper. This moisturiser is a lot cheaper compared to other high-end ones and is on a bigger size. The packaging appears luxurious in a light blue glass container with a white plastic cover. The moisturiser is white in colour. On application, it is very creamy with a light consistency. It is just lovely. It smells of thermale water and pleasant to the nose. You have to let it set for a while for it to be absorb properly by your skin. I used it during night time after my serum and I wake up with the softest skin ever. It also claims that it gives 48hrs hydration. It is a really good moisturiser which is a must-have all year round. After using this moisturiser for almost a month, I came to a conclusion that it surpasses all other moisturisers. I think this is the best one in the market as of the moment.

The second one is from the very famous Super Facialist by Una Brennan face masks range. I am not really intending to have this but I co-incidentally passed it in the aisle whilst searching for another face mask. I am actually skeptical about this but considering its price, it won't really hurt if you give it a try. I choose the Rose Hydrating Mask. It contains all the ingredients to moisturise the face. It smells of rose and you can leave it for 5 minutes and then rinse it with water or wipe with a muslin cloth. I use this 3-4 times a week as it is really not time consuming considering the 5-minute wait only unlike other face masks. This face mask is the bomb. It is the most amazing, moisturising face mask ever. After you applied it, you immediately notice the difference with your skin. It feels supple, well-hydrated and clearer. No wonder everyone raves about it. The price is unbelievable with how good this face mask is. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Both Vichy moisturiser and Una Brennan Rose Mask are suitable for all skin types including those with sensitive skin. These two are good in hydrating your skin without breaking the bank. Till' next time :)
